Essential Information for Facility Users

The Energy Information Center maintains comprehensive policies and safety protocols to ensure professional, safe, and effective use of our facilities. All users must review and comply with our guidelines before facility use.

Please review the following documents before submitting your facility reservation request. All event organizers must acknowledge compliance with these policies.

Quick Reference
  • All facility use requires advance reservation and approval. Events must align with educational and research missions. Maximum occupancy limits must be observed.
  • All facilities comply with ADA requirements. Contact us at least two weeks in advance to arrange special accommodation.
  • In case of emergency, contact LSU Police at 225-578-3231.
  • For facility emergencies during events, contact the Energy Information Center administrator at 225-578-6169.
  • For questions about policies, safety requirements, or compliance issues, contact our administrative team before submitting your reservation request.
